1. Acceptance

Using OwlHunt in any Discord server or via the website means you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. First-time players must also accept in-bot terms before hunting.

2. Service description

OwlHunt provides gameplay features inside Discord: hunting, owl taming, inventory, upgrades, player market, leaderboards, and optional gambling mini-games. The service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees.

3. Accounts

• Your Discord user ID is your game account identifier.
• The economy is global across all servers where the bot is installed.
• You may not sell, trade, or share accounts for unfair advantage.
• Multi-account abuse, automation, and exploits are prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You must not: cheat; abuse bugs; use self-bots or macros; spam commands; harass other players; or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, or permanent bans.

5. Virtual economy & gambling

Coins and items are virtual only. Gambling commands (cf, slot, bj) are for entertainment and are designed to lose over time. No real-money gambling is offered.

6. Server administrators

Admins may restrict bot commands to specific channels via /owlonly. Channel limits are per-server; your global profile is unchanged.

7. Intellectual property

OwlHunt name, artwork, and software belong to the developer. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is not allowed.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Material updates may be announced on the support server or this page.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages from data loss, maintenance, balance changes, or Discord outages. Reasonable backups are maintained.
